Video wall displays each incident with image and there is also sound alarm, after which the operator can react according to the pre-set offered scenario. Each incident (system malfunction, traffic accident, pedestrian in the tunnel, fire etc.) has several pre-set scenarios, and the operator makes decision which one is the most appropriate.
Operators are located in control room from which they monitor the entire highway 0-24h.
