Lighting Systems consists of sensors that are placed in front of the tunnel to detect the light intensity level and in accordance with that information they locally and automatically control the light intensity in the tunnel. All signals are integrated on PLCs and being sent to TMCC, from where operators can manage and control lighting and conditions (increasing or decreasing light intensity in case of incidents).
